Coorong Visitor Experience Plan Tourism, Business and Stakeholder Workshop The Coorong is a national treasure, with its natural beauty, abundant wildlife and unspoilt coastline making it one of South Australia’s most loved and most visited tourism destinations.
In order to create a vision for sustainable nature-based tourism attractions in the Coorong region, a visitor experience plan is being co-created with stakeholders, the community and visitors.
We seek to understand :
  • how you and others currently experience the Coorong
  • what visitor experiences would make the Coorong a more desirable destination for visitors and community
  • how the Coorong could be activated in a way to support your business or activities.
The plan covers land within and adjacent to Coorong National Park as well as the townships adjoining and supporting the park such as Kingston, Salt Creek, Meningie, Goolwa and Raukkan.

This workshop is specifically for tourism industry operators and businesses associated with servicing visitors, as well as local recreational user groups and conservation groups.
Morning tea will be provided.

If you do not represent a tourism operation, business, recreational user group or conservation group, you can contribute your feedback via the online survey. If you are unable to attend, please complete the online survey.
