Last week more than 30 local producers met at the Hub for the Leveraging Festivals Workshop.
They were busy creating new food and wine experiences for inclusion in the SA Wooden Boat Festival Food & Wine Program.
The month-long Food & Wine Program is a series of produce-inspired events which will run alongside the SA Wooden Boat Festival in April 2023. It will showcase the best of our region, offering visitors unique and delectable experiences.
At last week's workshop, businesses had the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with marketing agency Smile Marketing and channel manager Rezdy, helping to craft their ideas.
The next workshop will be in February 2023, where we will dive further into event marketing.
For the last two months, in partnership with Fleurieu Food, we have been preparing our business community for the SA Wooden Boat Festival.
