Local Procurement – Doing Business with Alexandrina Council, Strathalbyn Session
Alexandrina Council has a pipeline of significant projects coming online over the coming 6 months. Council is committed to supporting local business and local job creation, therefore procuring local ‘value for money’ services is always a high priority. For this reason, we are offering a special program of workshops to support local businesses prepare to tender and give the best chance of winning the work.This workshop focuses on larger projects (+100k) that are procured by an Open Market approach via SA Tenders & Contracts.
Alexandrina Council will be holding information sessions on Tendering for contractors, consultants and suppliers looking to provide goods and services to Council. The session aims to provide interested businesses with a better understanding of how to access opportunities and the requirements of responding to Request for Tenders with Council.
Tendering Essentials Sessions; learn the essentials to responding to Request for Tenders
This workshop will focus on breaking down the response schedules so suppliers have the knowledge of what to include, how to present their documentation and how it will be evaluated.
